More police on our streets in Altrincham

The Government has committed extra funding to cut community crime in Greater Manchester. Labour Mayor Andy Burnham is the Police and Crime Commissioner and is in charge of policing for Altrincham.

Greater Manchester Police has received £884,013 in additional Government funding to crack down on burglary and theft in local crime hotspots.

Residents don’t feel safe on their streets in Altrincham. Shengke demands more police are here and proven crime cutting measures, such as CCTV, increased street-lighting and Neighbourhood Watch schemes are implemented in Altrincham instead of just focusing them in Manchester. Shengke is demanding a fair share for Altrincham.
