Green bin collections – Apologies no collection today, 6 April

The coronavirus continues to impact on collections and our ability to provide a full waste and recycling service. Unfortunately due to an increase in the number of staff self-isolating over the weekend, green bins will not be collected today, Monday 6 April.

If your green bin was scheduled for collection today:

  • Bring it back in. Amey is not able to return.

  • Continue to put food waste in your grey bin.

  • For the time being, you should not put garden waste in your green bin.

Green bin collections – 7 to 10 April

Trafford Council plans to collect Green Bin from 7 to 10 April:

  • Present your green bin together with your black bin on your scheduled black bin day

  • However should Amey not collect your green bin or caddy, please bring it back in. Amey is unable to return.

Thank you for bearing with us - Trafford Council - at this time. The information is reviewed daily so may change at short notice.
