Coronavirus: Altrincham Community springs up to support people self-isolating

People offer help with shopping, and share advice on best practice as the number of cases continues to rise.

Altrincham community have set "Altrincham Aid Group" on Facebook to provide support to people affected by COVID-19. The Aid Group is growing quickly and is now having 2,575 members. If you believe you can offer some help, please do join the group.



The Altrincham and Timperley branches of Iceland are to open just for elderly and vulnerable people for two hours on Wednesdays - 18 March.


The Altrincham store will be open to just the elderly and vulnerable people between 9 am and 11 am on Wednesdays, with the Timperley store doing likewise between 10 am and noon.
